hello! it's a special occasion this week. well, we might have missed the actual date, but nonetheless we are celebrating ONE whole year of paper & silk!

for our birthday, we aren't getting any presents, but we'll be giving the presents instead : )

yes, we've been away for a bit, taking a nap in our cocoon and ready to come out better : )

rainbow in a cup!

i came across this picture on a blog a while ago and i just wanted to share because it's sooo cute. and i love to crochet also, so i think i'll try to make some of these for decoration. haha, and in a pretty martini glass!!

this is such a great DIY project for when you have those small amounts of yarn leftover from your other projects. i never know what to do with them, but now i can make these cute crochet balls! i think if you click on the caption link, there are instructions on that blog.
